All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with UAE laws.

The renter is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from negligence, illegal driving, or use outside the UAE without prior written approval.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level.

A daily or monthly mileage limit applies as per the contract, with additional charges for excess kilometers.

The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid UAE or international driving license.

Vehicles may not be used for racing, commercial transport, or any illegal activity.

In case of an accident, the renter must notify both the police and the company immediately and obtain a police report.

The company reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with a similar one if required due to maintenance or availability.
